Notes: Requires the use of shipping plate removal tool # ct1014. If proper tool is not used then the clutch assy will become unusable because it is a self adjusting clutch and cannot be reset. Warning! This is a SAC self adjusting clutch and requires special tools and procedure to install. No warranty if installed improperly. For BMW with over 80,000 miles we recommend replacing the shifter joint 25 11 7 580 281 and shims(x4) 25 11 1 220 439 for a like-new shifter feel and to prevent grinding from improperly aligned/worn out bushings. New transmission fluid is a must too
