All European Auto Supply warranties its parts to be free of defect in material and workmanship, and will function to manufacturer’s specifications under ordinary intended use and service, for a period of twelve months after delivery. All European shall replace or refund at its sole discretion any defective part covered by this warranty only after All European and/or the manufacturer has inspected and found it defective.
This warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions which result from causes beyond All European’s control, including without limitation: unusual physical or electrical stress, accident, neglect, abuse, misuse, or other abnormal misuse, product repairs or attempted repairs by an unauthorized person, or improper servicing or installation. This warranty shall extend only to the original purchaser and shall be void if any labels or other permanently affixed marks are removed, altered, or defaced.
The aforesaid warranty is the only warranty made by All European with respect to the products and is in lieu of all obligations or liabilities on the part of All European for damages arising out of or in connection with the sale, use, or performance of the products, including without limitation: any lost profits or any other consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damage of any kind. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description contained herein.
We also sell items that may have a manufacturer warranty longer than 12 months. All European Auto Supply will, at its discretion, attempt to assist the original purchasers to return the item to the manufacturer. All European makes no warranty beyond 12 months but offers to assist the customer in the warranty process.
In the event that a return label is provided, these charges may be deducted from the total refund you receive. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Items returned within 30 days may be eligible for a refund by company check or be refunded back to the credit card that was used to purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Warrantied items returned after a replacement was purchased will be refunded by check or credit card.
